Attend a Sunday Service
Showing up on a Sunday, listening to practical teaching, and voluntarily participating in discussion and sharing are essential elements to a growing relationship with Jesus. This is the best first step to get connected to the community at New Harvest Church. Making this a regular part of your life will help you grow in community and learn about who God is, His intent for the world, and the role you play in that story.
Coffee with a Leader
When you're first looking at a church, you probably have lots of questions about the how and why of the things you're seeing and experiencing. We've found it helpful to take time to meet with guests, one on one, to hear what's most important to them and help answer the questions they may be asking about the church and how to get connected. If you'd like to sit down and talk, over virtual coffee during the lockdown we would love get to know you a little better.
Join a Small Group
Faith comes most alive in intentional community. This requires us to take a step, moving beyond showing up and listening on Sundays. Small groups are the primary vehicle for us to consider how the Sunday lesson will be acted out in our lives. Consider taking this necessary step in your own growth, by joining a small group. We meet virtually every other Wednesday at 8 pm. All are welcome, even if you haven't read the book.
Volunteer in a Ministry
From Children's Ministry, Youth Ministry and Worship Ministries we have a place for you to plug-in and volunteer. You don't have to be a professional or an expert, your gifts can be used. To find out how you can get involved contact us.
Serve Our Neighbors
There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in service and caregiving to serve those in need in our community and around the world.
Give to the Mission of the Church
Giving to the local church is an act of worship, as it is a unique expression of gratitude to God. When we give, we celebrate all that God has given us, especially His incredible gift of forgiveness made available to all through faith in His son Jesus. God owns everything. When we give, we are simply giving back of portion of what He has entrusted to us. Giving to the local church is also an act of faith, as it helps in accomplishing the mission of Helping Others Follow Jesus, both locally and globally.
All are welcome Sundays at 10:30 on Zoom.
Teaching and worship will be interactive.
